Farm-to-table dining outlets that showcase onsite and locally sourced meats and produce
Partnerships with local musicians and artists
Preserve important frontage along the Harpeth River and develop advocacy programs for water quality and watershed protection
The property is 560 acres of land bordered by the Harpeth River, a 20,000-acre state wildlife management area, and state park land, creating an insulated area.
Current Use
The property is currently used as an outdoor activities and event location offering hiking, fishing, mountain biking, kayaking, and off-road vehicle trails, as well as glamping accommodations with modern amenities. The property also hosts larger gatherings such as weddings, corporate retreats, and wellness retreats.
Development will be limited to approximately 100 of the 560 total acres to facilitate that experience. The other 460 acres will remain untouched.
